Method

for the chicken

Gather your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6.

In a bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken breast and coat in the marinade evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Before cooking the chicken marinade for at least 20 minutes if you can. When the chicken is done it should be firm to the touch and have clear (not pink) juices when sliced.
