This is delicious! Easy and flexible with different vegetables. Courgettes instead of sprouts work well. A regular in our house.

Not had this for a while we both think it’s delicious. It even gets he who must obey eating sprouts and not just the one he grew up eating on Christmas Day. 😍

Love this type of meal - super easy and could made a courgette cake at the same time! Loved the sprouts as we had grown our own for the first time!
