cut into 2cm florets
chopped 4cm length, reserve some finely chopped for garnish
miso paste
mirin
half juiced, half cut into wedges
red chilli flakes
salmon fillets
peanuts
roughly chopped

Method

Preheat the oven to 210°C/190°C fan. Prepare your ingredients.

Toss the sprouts, broccoli and long spring onion pieces with oil and a pinch of salt. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
