Method
Gather and prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
Place the all ingredients except for the fish into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until combined.
Then add the fish and pulse again until broken down with some chunks remaining. The mixture should hold together when you squeeze it.
With damp hands, take pieces of the mixture about the size of golf balls, using about 50g of mix, and shape into ovals.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque.

I made these with lions mane mushrooms instead of fish because I had them on hand. Obviously not the same protein, but they were very good. Great recipe!
Really nice . Light so good for summer. I softened the onion , garlic & spices prior to processing tomake sure onion cooked. Would recommend
Had 12 oz of cod which made 12 koftes. Served over a hefty main dish salad tossed with a little dressing and more dressing drizzled over the koftes. Very tasty and easy!
Just wondering, it mentions olive oil for frying, but directions indicate the product is baked. Is the olive oil incorporated at some point into the recipe?
Team response: The olive oil is used at the start of the recipe to sauté ingredients like garlic, onions, and spices 🧄🧅✨. This step helps create a rich, flavourful base and blends the aromas beautifully before baking the koftes in the oven 🔥🍽️.
So easy to make and tasty too. Think I might make hummus next time to serve with it. Today I served with new potatoes and salad.
