Another delicious meal. I did have to sub the pickled cabbage with salad mix and tiny taters but will definetely make the pickled red cabbage next time. The walnut crumbed fish was restaurant quality, we had barramundi and it worked perfectly. Thank you, we really appreciate all you do to help keep us healthy and well nourished. Love from WA 🦘
This wasn’t a winner for us. The large quantities of raw vegetables just didn’t compliment the delicate flavour of the cod. We both ended up with a large quantity of raw vegetables for tomorrow’s lunch maybe as the basis of a Buddha bowl? Hence nothing will be wasted.
