Easy to make, I did it as per the recipe but only had dill instead of parsley. The thing I love about all the recipes I’ve made so far is that the outcome is always better the sum of the individual ingredients. This was very tasty and only one pan to wash!
Really tasty and easy to make. I browned the onions ( I don’t like raw onion ) and I put a stock cube in with the orzo. Great accompaniment to chicken or fish

Wow this is a delicious recipe that we make time and time again- so flavoursome and full of such nice ingredients. Also like all of DR. Ruby’s recipes, it is very simple and straightforward to make, and not loads of ingredients. We are huge fans of DR. Rupy recipes and have them 2-3 times per week at least, and certainly feel the benefits of healthy eating Rupy style.
