Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 220ºC/200ºC fan. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Mix together all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Roll into approximately 16 balls (depending on your preferred size) and place on the lined baking tray.
