3cm cubed
corn on the cob
sliced off the cob

thawed

Method

Preheat the oven to 210°C (190°C fan).

Put the chicken in a large baking tray and coat with the marinade and 1 tbsp olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and push the chicken to one half of the tray.
