For the traybake
carrot
peeled, cut into pieces 1cm thick
cauliflower
torn into small florets
chopped into 1cm thick pieces
chicken breast
boneless, skinless, chopped into 1cm thick pieces
dried onion (granules)
garlic powder
broccoli
torn into small florets
For the honey mustard sauce
dijon mustard
wholegrain
to taste

Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.

Place all of the ingredients for the traybake into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat, ensuring all components are evenly coated. Spread out evenly onto a baking tray. Place into the preheated oven and bake for 20-22 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and beginning to turn dark golden brown at the edges. The juice from the chicken should run clear when it is cooked.
